Westport Cove – Refund & Return Policy

At Westport Cove, we stand behind the quality of all of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Packaging should be intact (including any included accessories)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items
